This Information Notice has been prepared by Kalender Pansiyon Fethiye, acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK" – Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data), in order to inform you about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of your personal data.

  • Visual and Audio Records: Security camera recordings within the facility for security purposes

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Carrying out reservation procedures,

  • Providing and managing accommodation services,

  • Fulfilling legal obligations (for example, notifications required under the Kimlik Bildirme Kanunu – Identity Notification Law),

  • Managing payment and invoicing processes,

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and improving service quality,

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the facility and guests.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and within the legal conditions set forth therein.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through:

  • Reservation forms,

  • Website contact forms,

  • WhatsApp and email correspondence,

  • Telephone communications,

  • Physical registration forms,

  • Security cameras.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to:

  • Authorized public institutions and authorities where required by law,

  • Accounting and financial consultancy service providers,

  • Banks and payment institutions,

  • Business partners and service providers when necessary.

Such transfers are carried out strictly within the limits of applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the KVKK,

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

7. Application Procedure

You may submit your requests regarding your rights:

  • In writing,

  • Through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address,

  • By secure electronic signature or mobile signature,

  • Via the email address previously provided to us and registered in our system.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK. If the process requires additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
